The Wales GB Rally 2010 – Resolven stages was my first trip to the rally since I was a small child when I used to attend the Lombard RAC rally in the early hours of the morning. A good few years have passed since then and with my love of motor sport photography and a healthy obsession with camera gear (to the detriment of my pocket!) it was inevitable that a trip was on the cards.

It also helped that LJ (my long suffering better half) who is a member of the Central Beacons Mountain Rescue was helping to set things up on the Saturday night prior to the event and got me free entry (thanks hun :0) ).
