We had a real blast last night at the Ebbw Vale Institute with an impromptu photography session shooting a few local live bands who’ve both just released new CD’s. Lifer & Fell On Black Days were certainly on form, as was the crowd at the EVi. While we didn’t really go prepared to photograph anything (no camera anyone?), a quick dash back home at least gave us a decent camera if not a decent lens choice (105mm macro and 50mm 1.8D). Still, we made the best of a bad situation and really learnt a few things about shooting live bands. Here are a few of the shots from the night!
